Caption:: This new James Webb Space Telescope (formally known as Next Generation Space Telescope), will become the most powerful telescope ever built. As it will locate in space with a 6-meter primary mirror, its collecting power is extremely large, and so we can observe many undiscovered objects. It proposed to launch in 2011, but normally it will be delay by years if you understand NASA well.

Caption:: This is only the illusion of photographic effect, the image shows an Emperor Penguin. They live in Antarctica, personally, I think their name suits well their characteristic. It's not only their appearance, but also where they choose to live, they are the only one penguin who choose to live in the most extreme inner Antarctica region, they have to walk 80km across the Weddell Sea for food each time.

Caption:: The image showed an early southern spring view of the frost-covered Charitum Montes, south of Argyre Planitia. Today's picture shows some of the same mountain range, as it appeared in early June 2003 when viewed the Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) Mars Orbiter Camera (MOC) wide angle cameras. This perspective view was created by combining MOC red and blue camera images with topographic data from the Mars Orbiter Laser Altimeter (MOLA), another instrument onboard MGS. The bright areas are surfaces covered by frost. The picture is located near 57¢XS, 43¢XW. Sunlight illuminates the scene from the upper left. North, and Argyre Planitia, are toward the top.

Caption:: This Hubble telescope snapshot unveils a pair of one-half, light-year-long interstellar "twisters" ? eerie funnels and twisted-rope structures [upper left] in the heart of the Lagoon Nebula (M8) which lies 5,000 light-years from Earth in the direction of the constellation Sagittarius. The hot, central star, O Herschel 36 [upper left], is the primary source of the illuminating light for the brightest region in the nebula, called the Hourglass. The glare from this hot star is eroding the clouds by heating the hydrogen gas in them [seen as a blue "mist" at the right of the image]. This activity drives away violent stellar winds that are tearing into the cool clouds.
